When we begun our jounrey back in 2015, the first TPC was shaped by a small group of the founders and other professionals. 

As each conference passed, more and more of our content came directly from professionals from around the industry and world! 

We needed to find a structure to pick which of those sessions made it to the conference programme, so we started a panel made up of industry voices. 

Over the years this panel has remained fairly consistent, but in the last few years we started to hear voices that wanted to join, and help make each TPC better than the last. This aligned with a goal we had identified to increase governance and transparency in what we do. 

In 2025 we decided to hold an open process, where individuals could put themselves forward to serve on the education panel for a three year term, along with the existing members. Each year we will hold a similar election for available spaces, so by 2027 all members will be present from being directly elected by the industry.
