We asked Kate Mroczkowski, one of our superb education panel to highlight the sessions she was most looking forward to at #TPC2020
Taking fans with you on your journey
I love hearing from other areas of the ticketing sector. It’s great see some fab sports content on the programme this year. I’m looking forward to hearing how Tom and his team have focused on their fans whilst moving systems, especially how they’re cutting down match-day queues!
Ticketing in your ICT Landscape
I love a good integration but often come across ones that don’t have any clearly defined goals and aren’t kept up to date. This is a great panel of speakers with lots of experience. I can’t wait to hear their insights on what works, what doesn’t and how we can be better and making decisions when it comes to working in a complex ICT landscape.
Using Journey Mapping to Create the optimal Attendee Experience
Ever since my first job at the Bridgewater Hall, where I was told a pillar was placed in the main foyer to encourage visitors to take a specific route to the box office, I’ve been fascinated by how physical space can influence visitors. Now I’m at a web agency, that journey mapping applies to online journeys! I’m looking forward to hearing from Kara, who has worked with some huge brands, about how we can improve the visitor experience.
