Donna is Head of Sales at Birmingham Hippodrome with over 30 years’ experience in ticketing. Starting out as an Office Junior, she has held a wide range of roles, gaining a deep understanding of audiences, sales, and operations.
She is passionate about pricing, customer service, and using innovation to enhance the customer journey and generate valuable insights. She leads a high-functioning, motivated team and is known for her supportive, collaborative approach to leadership,
always focused on driving growth and success for the business, the team, and the producers she works with.
Donna is also a trained mental health first aider and a committed advocate for wellbeing and inclusion in the workplace.
