#TPC2021 Postponement Statement

It was with great sadness that we took the decision to postpone #TPC2021 to March 2022

The continued global pandemic of Covid-19 and social distancing measures meant it could not proceed.

We have been monitoring the continuing global pandemic. It has become clear that the rollout of vaccines and slow relaation of distancing measures and travel restrictions will not come in time for us to host our 2021 conference.

Like so many of you, we will return, stronger and more focused than ever in delivering an event focused on providing a focal point for ticketing professionals.

We have been in discusions with our suppliers and agreed a rescheduled date of 16-18th March 2022, again at the Vox Centre, the site we had planned to use for #TPC2021.

Registrations Transferred to #TPC2022

All paid and bursary registrations, along with exhibitor passes issued will be transferred automatically in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Given so much has canged in the world, we will rebuild the programme from scratch, starting in August 2021.

We know many of you may still have been hoping to come, but we felt that current events and the pressure that venues, organisations or countries are under meant the event would not be as described or deliver value.

Enormous Expenses Incurred

Already for this year we have committed over £80,000 of expenditure into #TPC2021 in rent, deposits, other activities and merchandise / consumables. This level of outlay from a company only formed in 2015 hopefully indicates the enormity of this postponement for the Ticketing Professionals organisation.

Working with the Vox Centre, we have agreed to move these costs fully towards #TPC2022.

A MASSIVE Thanks to all of our commercial partners who are committed to on-going support of #TPC2021 and now #TPC2022
