Yasmina Khan started out selling tickets and progressed through operational management to being a “systems person” Yasmina sees the ticketing journey from many of its perspectives. Now as Sales and Membership Manager at Glasgow Science Centre Yasmina leads a department which delivers high quality booking experiences for customers across the business. Yasmina is also the company ticketing and CRM systems champion and has lead projects implementing ticketing and CRM systems in both charitable and trading sides of the business.
Coming from an operational background in visitor attractions Yasmina is experienced in people management, the delivery of operational and systems change and the development and delivery of high quality operational practices.
