He Went DAT-A Way: Using the past to make the most of the future
Using sales data has become vital in the ticketing industry providing critical insight into the sales patterns as well as demographics of your audience members. Dynamic pricing and geo-targeting are vital for future programming. While those who have been in this business for a while have great instincts, your data can help prove your position or show you other info you may not have considered. It provides the complete picture. There is no limit to the ways you can take your raw data, convert it into important info for strategic decision-making as well as for presentations to others on your team. During this session, we will delve into how to best use your data. Besides doing ticketing for the Broadway production of Wicked, I also have provided consulting services to smaller non-profits to help them better track their data to develop ticketing and marketing strategies.
