Stephen Cripps is Deputy Head of Client Operations (Implementation) at Spektrix and has 10 years’ experience in ticketing for the arts and heritage sector. Stephen’s ticketing journey started at the Imperial War Museum in London, before moving to Royal Museums Greenwich where he helped implement a new ticketing system and worked on the Cutty Sark restoration project.
Stephen joined Spektrix in 2013 with a focus on supporting performing arts organisations across the UK and Ireland through strategic projects and consultative support. Stephen now heads up the UK Implementation Team and leads a department of Project Managers and Implementation specialists who support organisations make the move to Spektrix through cross-departmental change management, data migration and project management.
In his spare time, Stephen can often be found volunteering with the Scouts. He recently received a 10 Years Service Award in recognition of Service to Scouting.
