Samuel Biscoe is delighted to have joined the team at Selladoor last August as they launch new venues across the UK including New Theatre, Peterborough where he is based. Sam also works with Activity Stream as Partnership Developer and will be delighted to represent them at TPC. Fast becoming the most important conference to attend in the industry and Sam is very pleased to be back at TPC again this year to co-present with Carol Rayner from Mercury Theatre, Colchester.
Sam continues to learn from the ticketing community in the UK every year and is looking forward to making new friends at this year’s TPC. Please come and say HI!
New Venues, New Audiences
Ever wondered what it would be like if you could start from scratch? New performance space, new audiences?
Carol and Sam will be talking about their experiences as their companies move in a new phase of life – Mercury Theatre in Colchester, as they move into temporary tent accommodation and Selladoor Worldwide as they take on venue operations in Devon, Peterborough, and Preston.
Join us on a journey through the last 9 months as we learn how to engage our existing audiences, how we grew trust through change and what our biggest failures were (and hopefully how we resolved them).
Discover how difficult situations were overcome, how you survive Panto in a tent, and how a laminator saves the day!
