Rachael Easton has over 20 years of experience in ticketing and marketing which has evolved into an understanding of the importance of revenue management / dynamic pricing, customer behaviour analysis for organisations of all sizes and types.
Rachael’s interest in arts and cultural data analysis began in a regional venue as Marketing and Ticketing Manager and her passion for all things audience behaviour related stems from her very early experiences and has continued as an important focus through her career.
On a lighter note Rachael is a long distance walker who loves nothing more than a 26 mile challenge walk to brighten up a weekend!
