Lisa Cobham is the Senior Vice President for Fan Experience at Ticketmaster International. She is a leading Customer Service and Contact Centre professional with over 13 years’ experience of working in the ticketing business.
With an impressive track record on results, managing operations with over 350 employees, she has delivered contact centre solutions on some very high-profile projects including the 2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games, the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the Rugby World Cup England 2015.
As the driving force behind Ticketmaster’s Fan Experience strategy, her role is focused on improving the end to end customer journey. Measuring and monitoring fan feedback, identifying any pain points to help build and shape future outcomes, whilst influencing a Fan First culture across the business.
Her sole ambition is to deliver a best-in-class experience to fans, challenging the business and the industry to do better.
