Jonathan Collins has 26 years’ experience in Ticketing and Box Office Management. He joined PatronBase as Customer Experience Consultant in 2017, having previously worked as Box Office Manager at Colston Hall in Bristol, for many years.
He has promoted events big and small for a wide variety of organisations; been Front of House Manager; worked in several Marketing departments and has a wealth of knowledge in audience development and revenue optimisation. Current consultancies include Bristol Ensemble and Slapstick Festival.
Massively enthused by ticketing technology and excited by the possibilities around data, development and customer engagement, Jonathan still cleaves to the idea that the personal relationship with the customer is vitally important.
Jonathan has also toured Europe with his band and runs classical music nights at various ill-suited venues.
