He now works for AudienceView where he spends his days understanding what success looks like for the organisations he works with and helping them to map a path to achieving it.
How Much Customer Data is Enough?
Are we asking our customers the wrong questions or perhaps too many? Are we adding unnecessary steps to our customer journey? In an age when consumers are accustomed to “1-click ordering”, how actionable is the data we are collecting?
Using their own practices and experiences, panellists will debate the value of data collection versus a better customer experience. We’ll also look at whether we can achieve as much or more by observing customer behaviour without asking direct questions and the role technology can play in this.
