James Baggaley is Strategy Director at Made Media — a leading digital strategy and design agency that works with live performance and cultural institutions across the world. As Strategy Director, James’ practice at Made focuses on how arts and cultural organisations can leverage digital technology to connect more effectively with their audiences and do better business.
James has a background in arts management and digital technology. Prior to joining Made, he worked as Administrative Director at The Place in London – the UK’s leading centre for contemporary dance development — and between 2009 and 2015 he held a series of leadership roles at Spektrix in both the US and UK. He’s also worked in general management and box office roles in theatres, dating back to the early noughties.
James is a trustee of Stagetext, chair of Potential Difference Theatre, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
