Hatti Simpson has been Box Office Manager at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre for the past 3 years, leading the Sales team in ticketing and strategy.
Hatti has been working in theatre, arts and music for over 6 years in ticketing and event operations, between Cambridge and London. Her primary focus is audience analysis and development, the overall customer experience and excellence in customer service.
Over the past year, Hatti has been building the Lyric’s understanding of audiences, working across departments to give greater insight and future development strategy. She was a recipient of the INTIX professional development grant 2019 and has previously worked with TRG Arts on pricing restructure and the successful introduction of dynamic pricing for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. She has a passion for staff management and team motivation, having headed up teams of 60+ across Front of House departments, and has seen over 12 apprentices progress into full time work and education after the successful completion of their qualifications. She strives for accessible ticketing and inclusive theatre for all, and has a strong interest in new ticketing technologies and point of sale fundraising.
Hatti is always happy to chat all things ticketing and Spektrix, and is a spreadsheet wiz. She can frequently be found at gig venues and theatres around London, easily spotted with some kind of bright hair colour.

This session will take a concentrated look at using available data to gain a better understanding and insight into your general customer base, and consolidating this into your average audience member to further enhance your sales and marketing activity, customer retention, and audience development. And also it will be fun.
