Baker Richards has worked on hundreds of projects for leading arts organisations around the world including many of the world’s leading theatres, opera houses, orchestras and art museums.
Along with the Revenue Management Application, together with partners JCA, Baker Richards is the joint developer of a data warehouse that powers a number of other software applications including the box office data-sharing component of The Audience Agency’s Audience Finder programme and the Segmentation Engine
Debbie’s work as a consultant includes consultative studies, business planning and primary research, but she specialises in helping arts organisations to realise their financial potential and has a proven track record in delivering increases in earned income for clients. Her extensive consulting experience includes work in North America, Australasia and Europe, as well as in the UK. She is a regular speaker on pricing and behavioural economics at conferences around the world.
