David Lynam is the Founder of Kaizen Ticketing, a London-based software supplier. With nearly 25 years of experience in the ticketing industry, he has helped to oversee some of the most complex and successful ticketing infrastructure projects of the last two decades.
This includes the move from old to new Wembley and England on the road between 1999-2007, planning for Tottenham Hotspur’s return to European competition, the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and several consultancy projects for UEFA, including their European Championships. He has also held senior roles at Ticketmaster and Outbox/AXS.
For the last five years, he has worked on his own company, Kaizen. Initially, this started as a consultancy mechanism for large sports tournaments but following that success has developed into bespoke ticketing and merchandise software, primarily for sports teams. Kaizen currently has 15 clients.
