Billy Partridge has been working with MIF since the inaugural Festival in 2007 – “One of the leading worldwide incubators for new, cutting-edge art.” New York Times, June 2017.With over 17 years’ experience in theatres, arts centres, concert halls, sports events, exhibitions and festivals for audiences of 8 to 26,000, Billy is interested in new technologies, perfecting the visitor experience, ensuring events are as accessible as possible to all and opening up careers in ticketing to those would not normally consider it. He is currently working with the MIF team on planning for The Factory, a new world-class 5,000 capacity ultra-flexible cultural space currently being built in Manchester, which will enable large-scale artistic work of invention and ambition that isn’t made anywhere else. #TheFactoryMCR
