Annie Scally began her professional career working in technical theatre before moving into Operations and Ticketing where she specialised in managing Ticketing and CRM systems and Customer Service teams for a variety of theatres. She is also a successful business and people skills coach in the Charities and SME sectors. Since 2011 Annie has been working as Project Manager for Ticketing Network East Midlands (TNEM), a consortium of four arts organisations set up to manage its ticketing and customer relationship management system, Tessitura. TNEM leads on implementing CRM and IT projects to enable the partner organisations to improve customer relationship management and enhance the customer experience.
The aim of this session is to hear different voices and opinions from people from different backgrounds and at different stages of implementing networks.
