Alice Newton is Deputy Head of Client Operations UK (Support) at Spektrix, she has worked in the arts for 10 years. Her experience includes data analysis at Baker Richards Consulting, customer experience roles in Cambridge, Leicester and London, and fundraising at the Barbican and Royal Albert Hall.
In her current role, Alice leads a team of talented Support & Training Consultants who help Spektrix’s 300 or so clients make the most of their ticketing, marketing and fundraising system and the bountiful data it holds.
Alice has a BA(Hons) degree in Arts Management from De Montfort University, Leicester. At the weekends, she’s usually found watching or singing Musical Theatre.
