Andrew Adshead is the Ticketing and Customer Experience Manager for Little Lion Entertainment. Joining LLE in 2017,
with a background covering ticketing in theatres, concert halls and promoter offices he has assisted in the transformation of the company from a quirky pop-up to an attraction chain firmly cemented in the fabric of the UK.
Launching its first attraction through crowdfunding – The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London – Little Lion Entertainment has continued to go from strength to strength opening its second attraction, The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester, in 2017; and opening their newest Maze in the heart of London’s West End in Spring 2019. Little Lion Entertainment seeks to blend a love of nostalgia, with world class performance, award-winning game play and the unexpected. At Little Lion Entertainment we embrace the unexpected and challenge our guests to embrace their silly side and challenge themselves and us.
As LLE continue to grow and expand Andrew is keen to apply the learnings of the company so far to the audience journey outside of the attraction, making Ticketing and Customer Service a bigger part of an experience where the audience is the star of the show
