            Customer Services Manager – 37.5 hours per week, competitive salary plus staff benefits

We are looking for a Customer Services Manager who will report to the Head of Ticketing for the management and delivery of The Lowry and Quaytickets customer services.

The Customer Services Manager will manage all customer facing ticketing services including all aspects of our Contact Centre.  You will be responsible for the end to end customer contact processes to improve customer experience, improve efficiency and drive performance.  The post-holder will lead, inspire and co-ordinate the customer facing management team ensuring that consistent delivery against business objectives is achieved.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability as a Customer Services Manager managing a large team. Strong organisational skills and a dedication to delivering the best customer service experience is essential. Experience of ticketing management is desirable.

Please note this role will require evening and weekend work

We are looking for a Resource Planner who will be responsible for the management of scheduling and quality control in the contact centre. The Resource Planner will accurately prepare forecasts and budgets and produce management reports to help understand trends in the contact centre. You will administrate the contact centre rota and monitor and propose effective shift patterns to match business requirements.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential skills for this role. The successful candidate will have a high level of competency in MS Excel and experience of workforce management systems.

 Human Resources Manager – 37.5 hours per week, £30,000 per annum plus staff benefits

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to provide a high quality HR service to the management team and employees of the Ticketing department at The Lowry in order to achieve excellent employee relations and business objectives.

The post-holder will be required to advise managers and employees regarding terms and conditions of employment in line with company policies and procedures and employment legislation. You will also be required to ensure that employee performance within the ticketing department is proactively managed.

Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects effectively is essential. The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 7 qualification and up to date knowledge of employment legislation and Codes of Practice.
