We are delighted to announce another four great industry professionals who will be speaking at Ticketing Professionals Conference in Birmingham, to share their knowledge with other ticketing industry practitioners.
Andrew Sharp, ticketing sector experience spans 20 years and includes leading two ticketing and CRM software businesses, two ticket agencies and a data driven marketing consultancy. He has worked in organisations of varying size from startup to listed company and so has learned from a range of business cultures and styles.
Kim Gladston has been working in theatre for 15 years, across 10 different venues in 8 different cities. Working her way from Box Office Assistant to Venue Manager, from the West End to Wakefield (and back again). She’s spent the last three years specialising in revenue management and working out how to make complicated data work for fast paced and busy arts organisations.
Ben Curthoys has spent his career making software for the arts – first at Artifax Software developing Artifax Agent, Artifax Event, and Artifax Artemis, then at Galathea STS where he was Director of System Development for Enta, then he started work on Monad in 2009.
Megan Conman has gained considerable knowledge of the concerns, complaints and experiences of ticket buyers since joining the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (STAR) as External Relations Manager in 2016.
