With so much great content at #TPC2019 – everyone has their favourite sessions. In the latest in our previews, we asked John Finn, Customer Success Manager for AudienceView in the UK for his top sessions.

“Number one pick is ‘Early arrival’. As a home town Brummie I urge everyone to arrive on Wednesday if can. There’s so much to see and do in the city and you have the added incentive of the AudienceView official reception to add to it. Not to mention being bright eyed and bushy tailed for the keynote speaker on Thursday!

 My first pick is So you scanned me now what? Martin Gammeltoft. I feel I have to be there as this follows on from a long discussion (gin was involved – at the Roundhouse reception not during the conference) with Martin at last years conference! I hear lots of people saying scanning is a must for them but is checking ticket validity all they really want from it?

Expert Tips to Shave Off 5 hours of  Work per week. I’m intrigued and who couldn’t use some more time (or some more productive time to be accurate)? There’s always a eureka moment in these discussions and I like to have something practical as a takeaway.

As I’m a bit of a geek where stats and forecasting are concerned I’m looking to hear Kim Gladston discussing how to use their Tardis (Ticket and Revenue Data Insights Sorcery) to accurately perceive the future in Predicting the Future; Forecasting Sales Patterns and Revenues.

Sorry to follow suit but from the picks I’ve already seen, Chris Crossley’s session Ditch Discount Codes is already shaping up to be a popular session so book early to avoid disappointment as they say. There’ll be no last-minute offers on this one!
