Edmund Rudder has worked in the attraction’s industry for over 20 years in the form of operations and customer service.
He has worked with many ticketing systems, from cinema box office systems, to attractions ticketing systems, and has overseen the installation of some of these systems. In particular Edmund project managed a 3 month turnaround for system de-install and re-install of anew system at The View from The Shard. Edmund is now the Head of Operations and Resourcing at London Transport Museum looking after a number of areas of the museum, in particular the maintenance and administration of the current SeatGeek SRO ticketing system.
