We are delighted to have another great speaker confirmed for the education programme for #TPC2017 – as we welcome Yasmina Khan from Glasgow Science Centre.

Yasmina Khan is Sales and Membership Manager at Glasgow Science Centre leading  a department which delivers high quality booking experiences for customers across the business.  

Yasmina is also the company ticketing system champion following on from successfully leading the project to implement a new ticketing solution.

Coming from an operational background in visitor attractions Yasmina is highly experienced in people management, the delivery of operational change and the development and delivery of high quality training. Yasmina prides herself in ensuring that both her team and the systems they use deliver the best for the customer.

Yasmina will be the key speaker in the session “Improving Sales Performance in our teams” – giving a case study of how the Glasgow Science Centre ensure that all front line staff are fully briefed on the full product range they offer, to ensure they can best advise customers on how to enjoy their visit.
