As we enter the last week of submissions for papers for #TCP2019, we are delighted to welcome Kate Mroczkowski back to the Education Panel for a second year. Kate played a pivotal role in shaping such an amazing programme for 2018. We are sure she will have a similar impact for 2019, with many sessions ideas already in the mix.
Kate’s been working in the arts sector for 15 years, starting out at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. She then went on to box office and fundraising roles in theatres and music conservators in London and Manchester. Four years ago Kate made the move to Spektrix, where she worked as a support and business consultant for venues across the country, helping organisations achieve their goals with data insights, coaching teams and smart tech solutions.
Earlier this year Kate joined Supercool, a digital design agency building websites for arts organisations. As Head of Strategy at Supercool, Kate works with clients to help them get the most out of their digital tools, with a focus on data analysis, audience engagement and efficiency.
Kate lives in the (not so) sunny West Yorkshire hills. At the weekends she can usually be found at the top of a hill, or hanging out at The Piece Hall.
