We are delighted to welcome Alice Newton to the Education Panel for the 2019 Ticketing Professionals Conference.
It is a vital part of the TPC offering that we have a mix of live success stories and solid theory from our speakers. Alice will be a key member helping to identify and develop case studies.
With the need to balance the programme in terms of systems used and ticketing verticals, Alice will be joined by other members from different system providers and backgrounds.
There have already been in excess of 35 submissions and ideas put forward for the 25 session spaces at #TPC2019. -We still need more though, to ensure we have a knock out programme, so don’t forget to submit your ideas here
Alice Newton, Deputy Head of Client Operations at Spektrix, has worked in the arts for over 10 years. Her experience includes data analysis at Baker Richards Consulting, customer experience roles in Cambridge, Leicester and London, and fundraising at the Barbican Centre and Royal Albert Hall.
In her current role, Alice leads the Support, Training and Consultancy team who help Spektrix’s clients across the UK and Ireland make the most of their ticketing, marketing and fundraising system and the bountiful data it holds.
Alice has a BA(Hons) degree in Arts Management from De Montfort University, Leicester. At the weekends, she’s usually found watching or singing Musical Theatre.
