Pepe Zapata, is a partner and consultant in TekneCultura, a consulting firm in Barcelona focussed on audience development in the digital era. Formerly, he was Director of Marketing in Communication in Mercat de les Flors, the only Spanish venue dedicated to contemporary dance, Coordinator of Alícia Foundation, a Research Center in Food and Gastronomy with the leadership of chef Ferran Adrià, and Head of Culture and Leisure Activities in Pompeu Fabra University.

“In general, my main interest in the sessions I mentioned is getting information about new ways of managing ticketing and user experience in culture and arts institutions and organizations.
“A lot of conference delegates may not be aware, that in Spain, there is a long way to get till optimizing the use of methodologies, skills and tools, specially thinking about analysis strategies and audience development goals.
“It’s vital for we that I head to as many sessions considering the importance of ROI, revenue, churn… and offering solutions in online devices… are so interesting and inspiring.
