There are always some must-have people at Ticketing Professionals, those are our band of moderators, industry experts who help keep sessions on time, speakers on track, as well as help field the question and answer sessions at the end of each breakout.
Again, this year, we are delighted to have a number of volunteers come forward from across the industry to facilitate the learning and sharing that makes TPC everything we designed it to be. So without further ado – please meet our first batch of moderators for 2017.
Rachael Easton, Client Development Manager, Tessitura Network
Rachael Easton, long time industry veteran has joined Tessitura Network as Client Development Manager. Her extensive background includes ticketing, revenue management / dynamic pricing, customer behaviour analysis, marketing and theatre management.
Rachael was motivated to join Tessitura Network because they are a system supplier that puts the customer at the centre of their product and services, thus being able to drive a full CRM, ticketing, membership, philanthropy, digital experience in order to drive organisational success.
Hannah Boyes, Business Development Manager, Booking Protect
I had such a great time and learnt so much from last year’s conference I’m very excited to be back this year. After many years working in arts venues, then at a ticketing supplier, I am now embarking on the next phase of my career and very much looking forward to working with Booking Protect.
If you ever want a chat about ticketing, revenue or children’s theatre do not hesitate to stop me – I enjoy nothing more than a tea and chat! Oh maybe gin…
Nadine Ishani, Marketing Services Manager, TinCan
Nadine has spent a decade working in the arts and cultural sector across London and South East England. She has worked primarily in marketing but has dipped her toe into producing, outreach work and customer services. Nadine has commissioned and project managed branding projects and websites; she has developed and delivered marketing strategies and campaigns for theatres, galleries and festivals.
She is focused on digital marketing helping her clients get the best out of their budgets so that they end up with websites that look good and work hard. She likes stripy things and good coffee.
Leo Sharrock, Head of Data Strategy, The Audience Agency
Leo played a key role in the development of The Audience Agency’s Audience Spectrum profiling tool, as well as the data platform that drives the Audience Finder programme.
Recent work includes the co-writing and co-editing the data sharing good practice guidance for the arts and cultural sector commissioned by Arts Council England and in consultation with the Information Commissioners Office.
An English graduate with postgraduate MA in Shakespeare Studies from the University of Birmingham’s Shakespeare Institute, Leo has a special interest in Renaissance theatre.
